The Antidote To Fear

We grow weary of the negative

The news is often bleak

We speak, we march, we do our part

To create the world we seek-

And yet we must remember

In the midst of all the mess

That there is good stuff happening

Which is greater than our stress-

There are people helping people

All the beings and our Earth
There is consciousness awakening

Giving rise to a new birth-

And our joy shifts the vibration

It quickens what is here

With love the greatest factor

And the antidote to fear~
