The HeartMath De-Stress Workshop™ is a practical, down-to-earth, program that teaches you specific skills for de-stressing and bringing more balance and ease into your daily challenges. These skills are especially useful for creating more effective communication, better relationships and self-confidence at home, work and in the community.
The skills learned in this two-and-a-half-hour workshop will help constituents served deal with:
- Stressful situations
- Anxiousness, anger and frustration
- Unexpected changes
- Arguments
- Disappointments
- Conflicts
- Overload
- Making difficult decisions
Participants create and commit to personal practice plans, leaving the workshop with a clear understanding how to apply these tools and skills in their daily lives.
Workshop Objectives:
- Understand how increased coherence and managing stressful emotions can improve health, well-being and relationships
- Learn how to make clearer choices and decisions in challenging situations (time-crunches, unexpected changes, etc.)
- Learn how to consciously create more flow and ease navigating through life’s daily interactions with family, friends and co-workers
- Learn proven stress reduction and effective resilience building techniques that can be used before, during and after stressful challenges
- Create and commit to a personal practice plan
This program’s success can be attributed largely to two of HeartMath’s most effective self-regulation techniques, which provide simple and effective ways to shift into coherence; a state in which the heart, brain and nervous system are in a simultaneous state of relaxation, readiness and revitalization. This balanced state forms the foundation of both personal and family resilience.
Program Content:
Participants, after learning how stress is affecting them and their families, can immediately begin using their new skills to handle stressful situations and begin to build resiliency within themselves and take some of these skills to their children. They will learn o identify emotions that renew them, revitalize their relationships with family members and increase mental and physical performance.
This HeartMath De-Stress Worskshop™ is a two-hour program presented by a licensed HeartMath instructor, you will create and commit to a personal practice plan and leave the workshop with a clear understanding of how to apply these tools and skills in your daily life.
By the end of this workshop, you will understand how to:

► Create more coherent and harmonious family relationships
► Find more effective solutions for life’s challenges and stressful situations

For Children:
The institute of HeartMath has developed a set of heart-based tools and techniques that enable children and teens to better recognize stress and self-regulate emotions. Workshop participants receive free access to age-appropriate versions of these techniques so they can share them with their children.

Training Modules:
The Personal Resilience Mentoring program consists of four hours of instruction that is delivered weekly in four 1-hour virtual or in-classroom sessions.
